At 5th Province, we want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

Starting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fifthprovince.co.uk. Once your return request is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and hazardous materials. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The same conditions apply regarding the condition of the item and proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
