1. General Questions
What is the status of my order? Upon placing your order, we'll send you a confirmation email allowing you to track its status. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email confirming dispatch and also containing the expected delivery date and a tracking link.
Can I change my order? Changes can only be made to orders that haven't been processed for shipping yet. Once your order status is "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", we cannot accept edits. For modifications, please contact support via email at support@yeboonline.co.uk.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, South Africa, the EU, and the UK. For shipping outside these regions, kindly reach out to our support team at support@fifthprovince.co.uk.
How long does it take to ship my order? Orders typically take 24 to 48 hours to process for delivery. Standard shipping times vary between 7-15 days or 10-30 days, depending on the product and destination.
2. Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept debit and credit cards on our website. Additionally, we support PayPal and Amazon Pay, which you can choose during checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in? 5th Province operates in GBP. Your local currency will be displayed while shopping, and at checkout, your order will convert to GBP at the prevailing exchange rate.
3. Shipping
Do you offer fast shipping? At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping services.
How can I track my package? You'll receive a confirmation email upon order placement with tracking details. Another email will be sent upon shipment, containing the expected delivery date and tracking link.
What if I'm not home? If you're unavailable, the delivery partner will attempt redelivery or schedule a new delivery date. Alternatively, you may need to collect your package from your local post office.
Will I pay taxes for international shipping? No, taxes are not applied to international orders.
4. Returns
Do you accept returns? Yes, we accept returns under specific conditions outlined on our Returns page. Please ensure your return request meets these conditions and contact support@fifthprovince.co.uk to initiate the process.
Can I exchange an item? Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. Mention your preference for an exchange when contacting support for return processing.
Are returns free? Returns within the UK are free. Returns from outside the UK are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact support for further assistance.
How long does it take to process a return? Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Reimbursement, exchange, or credit issuance follows within 14 days of return acceptance.

Do you have physical stores? No, we operate exclusively online.
